Caregiver Malaysia publishes practical information for families planning support at home. The editorial team is responsible for choosing topics, checking claims, keeping care boundaries clear and updating connected pages when a correction affects more than one article.
The information is free to use. A family may also open a WhatsApp enquiry, but an enquiry does not confirm a caregiver, schedule, rate, suitability or care arrangement. Editorial decisions are made separately from whether a reader chooses to enquire.
Authorship and professional scope
General planning, legal, privacy, location, administrative, welfare and cost subjects are attributed to the Caregiver Malaysia editorial team. A professional name is shown only when the subject falls within that contributor's recorded scope.

Source standards
Material medical, regulatory, welfare and administrative statements are checked against sources suited to the claim. Priority is given to Malaysian government departments, legislation and regulators, public health bodies, hospitals, professional guidance and other primary sources. Canonical links, language alternatives, indexing instructions and structured data must agree with the visible page. A translated or location page does not inherit a professional reviewer unless a relevant review is recorded.
Testimonials, trust signals and structured review data
Testimonials are published only from genuine records with permission and limited identifying detail. Sample or invented reviews are not presented as family experience, and review structured data is used only for genuine published records.
The “5,000+ families helped” statement is an owner-confirmed trust signal. It is not expanded with a geographic, outcome or service qualifier unless that additional claim can also be supported.
Corrections and updates
Readers can report an outdated fact, broken source, unclear care boundary or misleading statement through the contact page. A correction is checked against the relevant source and, where necessary, applied across related articles, translations and structured pages. Substantive updates use the site's current review date.
